Please read these Terms of Service (“ToS”) carefully before using the EspaciosYa mobile application (“App”) provided by Ronaldo Acosta (referred to as “Developer,” “we,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these ToS.
Use and Restrictions
The App is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or older.
The App serves as a platform for connecting people who want to rent spaces with those who offer them for rent (“Hosts”).
We act solely as a technological intermediary and are not a party to any agreements, transactions, or disputes between Users and Hosts.
Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data or content they upload or share via the App.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these ToS or inappropriate conduct.
Subscription-Based Services
Publishing spaces on the App as a Host requires a paid subscription.
Users searching for spaces can use the App for free.
Subscription pricing, duration, and conditions will be clearly displayed in the App and are subject to change with prior notice.
Payment of a subscription does not guarantee successful rentals or transactions.
We do not collect commissions from transactions between Hosts and Users.
Pricing and Renewal
Subscription plans may be billed monthly or annually, with discounts possibly offered for annual plans.
Users can cancel subscriptions at any time; services will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Upgrades to higher tiers during an active subscription may result in prorated charges.
Downgrades to lower tiers will take effect after the current billing period ends.
App Store Terms
The App is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the app store where it is downloaded (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these ToS.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Ronaldo Acosta (“Developer,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information of users (“User” or “you”) of the EspaciosYa mobile application (“App”).

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Profile photo
Location data (to provide personalized recommendations for spaces near your location)
Use of Personal Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
To create and manage your User account
To enable communication between Users and Hosts
To manage subscription payments and related services
To improve the App and user experience
To provide personalized recommendations for spaces near your location based on the location data you provide
Location data is used solely to enhance your experience within the App and is not shared with third parties
Third-Party Services and APIs
The App may integrate with third-party services or APIs necessary for its operation (e.g., payment processors).
Any data shared with third-party services will be limited to what is necessary for providing the App’s functionality.
We encourage Users to review the privacy policies of such third parties.
Data Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the EspaciosYa App, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama.
Any legal disputes or claims arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panama City, Panama. By using the App, you consent to the jurisdiction of the Panamanian courts for any such disputes.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Panama City.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective Date: 13 May 2025
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Ronaldo Acosta (“Developer”) governing your use of the EspaciosYa mobile application (“App”).
Permitted Use
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree:
To use the App solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Not to use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
Not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App without the Developer’s prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:
The use or inability to use the App
The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided through the App
Any agreements or transactions between Users and Hosts
Intellectual Property
The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Developer and protected by intellectual property laws.
Users acknowledge they acquire no ownership or intellectual property rights by using the App.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Panama City, Panama.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the App.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
The Developer’s failure to enforce any right under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
